Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been sold and delivered.
We kindly request customers to review their orders carefully before confirming purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Share clear photos of the item and packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Opened perfumes or body mists
- Used body care products
- Items without original packaging
Additional non-returnable items:

To Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in cases where:
- The product is proven to be damaged upon delivery
- An incorrect item was sent
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
